Earning Income Tax Credit (EITC)

Wyoming does not currently offer a state-level EITC. 

CHILD TAX CREDIT (CTC)

Wyoming does not currently offer a state-level CTC.

Wyoming’s House Bill 104 (HB104) proposed establishing a child tax credit of $200 per child for full-time state residents. However, the bill failed in committee on March 3, 2025, and did not advance further in the legislative process.

CHILD AND DEPENDENT CARE TAX CREDIT (CDCTC)

Wyoming does not currently offer a state-level CDCTC.

However, the state provides financial assistance for child care through its Child Care Subsidy Program, administered by the Wyoming Department of Family Services (DFS).
