Top Story: The Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy (ITEP) encouraged state lawmakers to enact state-level Child Tax Credits (CTCs) to aid low-income families left out of the CTC expansion in the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. (ITEP)
